Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any much more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a new location to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
